Neal Marlett,  CEO and Chairman of the Board
Neal has extensive experience working with venture capital analysis, market evaluation, new project development,

strategy consulting and entrepreneurial activity. Prior to joining QUAD, Neal led specialized consulting assignments

for a diverse range of projects involved in creating and executing a new business or project. He has established

affiliations with, among others, Stanford Research Institute, Economics Research Associates, Blythe & Company,

Marlett & Associates, Balanced Financial Management, and Leland Consulting Group.

 

Gary Watts, President and Founder
Gary has been responsible for the organization and operations of all aspects of QUAD since its inception, ranging  

from product development, manufacturing, market positioning,  go-to-market product roll-out, high-level strategic

alliances, all corporate strategic planning and tactical execution of corporate strategies.  Prior to founding QUAD,

he was President of Explornet, an upper-tier major bandwidth service provider to major corporations and other ISP's.  

He also held executive positions with Autoptima, United Stratum Corp, and Watts Applied Technologies

 

Craig R. Clark, Director of Finance
has been Chief Financial Officer in both public and private Companies. He has been involved with numerous organizations

from the start-up phase to New York Stock Exchange companies. Mr. Clark has experience in IPO’s, various other forms of

raising capital from both private and public markets, mergers and acquisitions, asset dispositions and strategic planning

in addition to traditional finance and accounting responsibilities: financial reporting, financial modeling and forecasting,

information systems, human resources, risk management and treasury functions. Mr. Clark began his career with Arthur Young

& Company and was with them for 15 years (3 as a partner). Since then he has served as a board member or senior executive

officer capacity in numerous technology companies as well as other industries. He obtained his Certified Public Accountant

designation in 1975. He has an MBA, with concentrations in finance and accounting, from the Anderson Graduate School of

Management at UCLA and a Bachelor of Science of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.
